Your custom jewelry (pendant, charm, ring, bracelet ) order covers FREE Shipping of the Imprint Kit via United States Postal Service, regular mail, from California. Upon checking out your order reflects the shipping  with insurance fees of the custom jewelry.

Shipping of Custom Pure Silver Jewelry

Final pricing upon checkout of jewelry includes UPS insured ground shipping costs of your finished custom jewelry and your original imprint mold.

Your custom jewelry will be shipped to you *within 6 weeks upon our receipt of your mold imprint at Pawprints Jewelry™.  For RUSH Shipments of the pendant, select 2-Day or Overnight upon checkout.
 *If you need the custom jewelry sooner, please let us know, we will do our best to accomodate your need.

You (or gift recipient) will receive email notification from iShip (UPS tracking system) when your custom pendant ship via UPS. Only orders that select UPS as the shippingoption will receive a confirmation email of shipment. Priority Mail is not tracked like UPS is and confirmation of receipt of shipment is not included in The US Post Office's Priority Mail. We HIGHLY recommend selecting UPS Ground upon checkout so your jewelry, and original mold, are traceable and insured.

Rush Orders for the Imprint Kit

Do you need the Imprint Kit in a hurry? 
Call toll-free 866.729.7769 (866.PAW.PRNZ) or make a note upon checkout. We will need to charge your credit card separately for the additional cost of expedited shipping of the Imprint Kit to you via UPS. UPS Ground shipping charges of the final pendant will automatically be calculated upon checkout and will remain the same. We just need to cover the cost of getting the Kit to you at the last minute.

Call toll-free for advice or email orders@pawprintsjewelry.com. We will guide you to determine how you can get an imprint of your loved one's paw.  We are located in California. The latest we can ship for overnight delivery is 2pm PST.

If you cannot receive our Imprint Kit in time any modeling clay will be fine. We have found that our clients' veteranarians are more than happy to help take the imprint for them.  The most important thing is to have an even imprint pressed deep enough into the clay to capture the full image of the paw - not just the surface of the pads. Do not push from under the clay into the paw. This will distort the image. Clay should be on a hard surface while taking imprint.

You can ship your own mold to us:  For peace of mind we recommend shipping with a carrier that can track your package.

Fuel Shipping Costs

UPS informed us of the following notice about shipping costs:

"Due to the  price of fuel, you may incur a UPS fuel surcharge for your order. The surcharge can only be determined on the actual ship date of the finished pendant."

If a UPS fuel surcharge applies to your shipment at time of shipping the finished pendant, we will need to charge your card the additional fee at that time.
