Refunds

Pawprints Jewelry® has a no-refund policy for custom jewelry, as our product is a one-of-a-kind-pendant.

Returns of Personalized Items

Pawprints Jewelry® produces personalized keepsake items for pet owners. There will be no returns allowed for custom jewelry unless the final product is defective or incorrect. If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition, we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered.

Customer may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for our review prior to any replacement or return action being taken. Customer has five (5) business days from the delivery date to report defective/incorrect products. In order to ensure the best possible return service, please notify us by sending an email to orders@pawprintsjewelry.com or by calling toll-free at 866.729.7769 to inform us of your situation and to obtain proper return instructions. This will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be added automatically to your order as of the date of the sale.

Shipping

Shipping of your Paw Impression Kit is FREE to the customer. Customer is responsible to ship paw imprint back to Pawprints Jewelry®. Final pricing of custom pendant in an elegant Jewelry Box and includes UPS shipping costs to the destination. Customer will be able to track UPS shipping status online.

Pricing

Our custom Paw Pendant prices include the Paw Impression Kit, the .999 Pure Silver pendant, a Silver Cleaning Cloth, and a Wooden Jewelry Box. Prices include FREE shipping of Impression Kit to customer unless otherwise stated. The price does not include sales taxes, shipping of paw imprint back to Pawprints Jewelry®, shipping of final silver pendant product via UPS, rush charges, overnight or 2nd day delivery, and extra cost options, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

All orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of the sale. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Note that providing incorrect billing information in required fields may lead to delays in processing your order.

Money orders, cashiers checks or any other type of check will be accepted. Call toll-free 866.729.7769 to order via money order, cashiers check or regular check. Orders will be processed upon receipt of money orders or cashiers checks. Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of personal checks for clearance of funds. Once the check has cleared the order will be processed promptly. A $25 processing fee will be charged for returned checks; we need to cover the costs charged to us by our bank.
