Refund and Returns Information
Pawprints JewelryTM and Babyprints JewelryTM have a no-refund policy for custom jewelry, as our product is a one-of-a-kind custom pendant.
Pawprints JewelryTM and Babyprints JewelryTM produce personalized keepsake items. There will be no returns allowed for custom jewelry unless the final product is defective or incorrect. If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition, we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered.
Customers may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for our review prior to any replacement or return action being taken. The customer has five (5) business days from the delivery date to report defective/incorrect products. In order to insure the best possible return service, please notify us by sending an email to
email@example.com or by calling 760.601.5805 to inform us of your situation and to obtain proper return instructions. This will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges.
