Imprint Kit and Custom Pendant Shipment
Your custom jewelry order covers the FREE shipment of the imprint kit with the purchase of a pendant via USPS (United States Postal Service) standard mail from California. Upon checkout, your order total reflects the shipping with insurance fees of the custom jewelry and mold. Your custom jewelry will be shipped to you within 6 - 10 weeks upon our receipt of your mold at Pawprints Jewelry™. For RUSH shipments of the pendant, select USPS Priority Express 1-Day or 2-Day upon checkout. You (or gift recipient) will receive email notification when your custom pendant ships.
Rush Orders for the Imprint Kit
Do you need the imprint kit in a hurry? Is your pet ill or ailing? Call/text 760.601.5805 for advice or email us at info@pawprintsjewelry.com . We can guide you regarding getting an imprint of your loved one's paw.
If expedited/overnight shipment of the imprint kit is determined, we will need to charge your credit card separately for the additional cost. We need to cover the cost of shipping the imprint kit to you at the last minute. The USPS insured shipping charges of the final pendant will automatically be calculated upon checkout and will remain the same.
Imprint Kit Clay
We are located in California and the latest we can ship an imprint kit for overnight delivery is 1pm PST. If you cannot receive our imprint kit in time, you can purchase the Crayola model magic clay and arrangements can be made to email you the imprint instructions that are part of the imprint kit. If the Crayola model magic clay cannot specifically be found, any air drying clay will work.
If you already have a mold, you can ship your mold to us. For peace of mind, we recommend shipping with a carrier that can track your package. If you are hesitant to part with your mold, an imprint kit can be shipped for making a relief mold of your imprint.
